::Happiness is Your Best Medicine::

What is it that makes the New Year the time to make resolutions and better ourselves? Were we really that bad the year before? As I have made the resolution to physically challenge my body to its greatest, I have decided I need to focus on the internal also. I am seeking to pursue happiness in all its wonderous forms. In a more serious way though. Just think about the times that you felt truly happy. Where were you? Who were you with? What were you doing? How did you feel afterwards?  I am happiest when I am on the beach usually in the waves or watching a sunset, accomplish something challenging, being in love, giving and receiving great advice or after leaving the gym. Life is too short and we owe it to ourselves to seek pure happiness on a daily basis. Taking out the bad, maintaining a healthy blood pressure and remedying our pasts mistakes. We can all contribute to universal happiness if we try.
